From the earliest days of the Church, Mary has loomed large in traditions, doctrines, and devotions. Aside from Jesus Christ, more has been written about her than any other Christian figure. And yet much confusion about her role persists. Luckily, this audio series brings you just the guide to help demystify the Mother of God: acclaimed spiritual director and retreat master Fr. Dan Crosby, O.F.M., Cap.

Fr. Crosby delivers lively lectures that endow listeners with an inspiring and informative, fresh and faithful perspective on Mary. Nearly eight years in the making, this 12-lecture series is neither “pious chatter” nor “frilly theology.” It is born, rather, of his serious questions about Mary’s rightful place in Christian faith, his constant grappling with the “So what?” of effective preaching, and his insights into the importance that God desires Mary to have in our lives.

Fr. Crosby delivers lively lectures that endow listeners with an inspiring and informative, fresh and faithful perspective on Mary. As a person of faith, you’ve heard a number of epithets bestowed upon Saint Mary: Mother of Jesus, Blessed Virgin, Queen of Heaven. But the title of this series illuminates the view of Mary that Fr. Crosby asks you to adopt: Mary, Mirror of God.

For Fr. Crosby, Mary is the perfect reflector of God. As he demonstrates through these compelling lectures, when you look at her, you behold not only her beauty and goodness but also God’s beauty and goodness that shines so powerfully through her.
